We kindly ask our customers to move away any belongings near the areas being washed and cleaned prior to arrival to the residence to ensure efficiency and safety on the job site.
For all Soft Wash roof cleaning we use a low-pressure which makes it more gentle and safer to the surfaces being washed. Our special roof sauce (Chemicals) is what does all the work, not the pressure coming out of the Soft Wash gun. The chemicals with proper dwell time will dissolve away the algae, dirt, and grime transforming and rejuvenating your roof to look new again. A second or third application will be applied if the surface is highly soiled or has moss growing on it. The chemicals are left on the surface of the roof so it has the proper dwell time to have the chemical reaction to work its magic. The rain will take care of the rest, washing away any residual chemicals and grime on the surface. If for any reason after the rain has had its time to wash the surface of your roof and still has some soil spots left over, we will come out free of charge to fix the issue.
